How long does it take for me to receive my order?
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 2 to 7 business days after the product dispatched.
How do I create an account?
Click on the Sign-up/Register in link on top of the home page
Type in your name & email address
Enter password of your choice : confirm the password and you are done.
How do I change my shipping address?
You’ll not be able to modify the shipping address after you place an order.
However, if you have entered the wrong address, you may want to cancel the order (If shipping has been done) and re-order the same product.
How do I make payment ?
You can us via Credit / Debit cards or via UPI & Wallets. We Accept all International cards.
Is COD option available?
Yes. We provide COD option.
Is your site secure for payments?

How do I check the status of my order?
You will get a confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully. The order status is updated automatically in My Account >> My Orders section on the website. You can login to your account to check the status of your order. You will also get a mail in your registered email id, along with an Email to your registered Email ID confirming the order.
Do you ship to my country?
Product will ship within india only.
If I have a shipping damage?
We cover 100% responsibility for shipping damage. Please take a snap of the damaged product within 3 days from the delivery and email to support@maru.kitchen We will arrange to ship the broken parts or product depending on the case. The parts will be shipped via standard delivery only unless the customer has shopped the product via express delivery.

What happens to my money deducted from my debit card/credit card/Net Banking for an unsuccessful order?
1. Failed transactions are normally rolled back within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank. Please check with your bank for more details.
2. If the transaction is successful and the money has been debited from your account we will initiate a refund within 2 business days of your request.
